Return Policy

 

At Krown Konnect, we’re dedicated to delivering top-tier products and service. Your trust is important to us, and we aim to exceed your expectations with each and every purchase.

For PREORDER:

Please use our measuring guide to ensure you are receiving the correct sized unit. Before you cut the lace, try on your unit and check for the right fit. We do not refund but we can exchange your unit within 30 days ONLY if the lace is still on and has not been cut, then we can exchange for the right size. 

We have a 48 hrs return policy, which means you have within 48 hrs after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Digital proof: A video or picture of the item in its original condition and receipt (send it to contact info.krownkonnect@gmail.com)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once confirmed the customer must return the item within 24 hours. A tracking confirmation must be provided by customer sent to Krown Konnect. If a confirmation isn’t received within 24 hours the return can be void. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

Once the package is received, we will inspect the package to confirm that it meets all return requirements. Please allow up to 24 hours for this process.

Returns will take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE ITEMS AND GIFT CARDS.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
