This service is designed to revive, restore, and refresh your unit so it looks and feels like new again.

Perfect for wigs that need a reset—whether it’s buildup, dullness, or loss of style.

Wig detox (removes buildup, oils, and odors)

Blow-dry & foundation reset

Restyling – straightened finish (curls available as an add-on)

Lace customization (re-pluck, tint, redefine part)

Curling  

Cut or reshaping

minor repairs ( replacing combs and adjustable band)

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Select your Wig Refresh Service + any add-ons

2. Complete the Customer Order Form

3. Send a clear photo of your wig’s current condition

4. Ship your wig to us (client covers shipping cost)

5. We refresh + restyle your unit

6. Your wig is shipped back—revived and ready to slay

IMPORTANT NOTES:

This service is for maintenance and restoration, not full reconstruction.

Wigs must be detangled before shipping. Additional fees may apply if excessive work is required.

We accept 100% human hair wigs only. No synthetic or blended units.

Add-ons are strongly recommended for the best final look.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING:

Wig must be shipped within 48 hours of purchase

Processing Time: 7–14 business days (starts once unit is received and inspected)

Rush Service: 2–3 business days (additional fee applies)

 Shipping: 3 business days (separate from processing time)

Tracking is REQUIRED when sending your wig

 

Failure to follow guidelines may result in delays.

POLICIES:

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

If adjustments are needed, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. One adjustment will be made at no additional cost.

 

Returns Policy

 

At Krown Konnect, we’re dedicated to delivering top-tier products and service. Through strict quality checks and a commitment to constant improvement, we ensure every item meets the highest standards. Your trust is important to us, and we aim to exceed your expectations with each and every purchase.

For PREORDER:

Please use our measuring guide to ensure you are receiving the correct sized unit. Before you cut the lace, try on your unit and check for the right fit. We do not refund but we can exchange your unit within 30 days ONLY if the lace is still on and has not been cut, then we can exchange for the right size. 

We have a 48 hrs return policy, which means you have within 48 hrs after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Digital proof: A video or picture of the item in its original condition and receipt (send it to contact info.krownkonnect@gmail.com)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once confirmed the customer must return the item within 24 hours. A tracking confirmation must be provided by customer sent to Krown Konnect. If a confirmation isn’t received within 24 hours the return can be void. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

Once the package is received, we will inspect the package to confirm that it meets all return requirements. Please allow up to 24 hours for this process.

Returns will take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.

Due to the natural of items, ALL items are non-refundable

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE ITEMS AND GIFT CARDS.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping Policy

 

SHIPMENTS ARE MADE THROUGH via USPS Priority Mail that required a signature with a TRACKING SYSTEM.

Keep in mind that SHIPPING TIME and PROCESSING TIME are not the same. To get an idea of when your unit will arrive, combine the processing and shipping time.

 

PROCESSING TIME + SHIPPING TIME= EXPECTING DELIVERY DATE 

 

Domestic orders: 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once an order is shipped and scanned, it is the responsibility of USPS to deliver your order in a timely manner. If any issue or delay occur, please contact USPS 1 (800) 275-8777 to file a claim. 

International orders: 

Orders shipped outside the United Stated are responsible for custom fees. We are not responsible for any custom fees. Once it leaves the United States we are not responsible for any issues that may arise. 

No REFUND ON any third-party shipping delays and issues.
